Our licensed installers can outift your home or business with upgraded or additional heating and cooling units.  We also offer installation of water heaters, humidifiers, air cleaners, zone systems, gas fireplaces, and closed loop geothermal systems.

Our team of service technicians can service and repair heating and cooling equipment of any make or model.  We offer 24 emergency service for existing customers, and our service technicians are licensed and factory-trained. 

Our Flat Rate Pricing System offers our customers the best possible price and a 1-year warranty on all parts installed by Jim's Heating and Cooling Service Technicians.

The Preferred Customer Service Agreement, or PCSA, is a pre-paid maintenance contract where we provide either annual or semi-annual maintenance for heating and/or cooling equipment.  We take the hassle out of the contract because we call you when it is time for your regular service!  The PCSA also offers the following benefits.
