Installation
Our licensed installers will outfit your home or business with upgraded or additional heating and cooling units. We also install water heaters, tankless water heaters, boilers, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners, zone systems, gas fireplaces, and closed loop geothermal systems. As always, estimates for installation of new equipment are offered free of charge. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Service and Repair
Our expert team of service technicians can service and repair heating and cooling equipment of any make or model. We offer 24-hour emergency service for existing customers, and our service technicians are licensed and factory-trained. Our Flat Rate Pricing System offers our customers the best possible fixed right price and a 1-year warranty on all parts installed by Jim's Heating and Cooling Service Technicians.
Preferred Customer Service Agreement
The Preferred Customer Service Agreement, or PCSA, is a pre-paid maintenance agreement where we provide annual or semi-annual maintenance for heating and/or cooling equipment. We take the hassle out of the contract because we call you when it is time for your regular service! The PCSA also offers the following benefits.
